i cant say enough how great this hotel was. it was in the perfect location, close walking distance to the plaza. the staff was so friendly and very attentive. it was clean, safe, modern, it truly felt like a home. i saw some old reviews say there was no air conditioner or private bathrooms but they must have renovated & added a/c and bathrooms to the rooms because our room and my dads room had all the amenities. 10/10 across the board for me, i would most definitely stay there again.

We had reserved a room with a balcony but they mistakenly put us in a room with no windows whatsoever. When I returned to the front desk and showed them the reservation, the receptionist informed me there were no rooms left with balcony. I insisted they honour my reservation, so she called the manager and they changed our room to the suite with balcony at no extra cost. It was an excellent room with a balcony and lots of extra room (two beds, sofa, jacuzzi bath). Added bonus: there’s a cafe next to the hotel selling very popular delicious coffee, open at 7am.

The ONLY think that would greatly improve this hotel is if they added air conditioning to the rooms. It gets VERY hot in the rooms and a standing fan does not help much.

I loved that the apartment was very clean and spacious. It was perfectly located—just a short walk to the plaza, stores, church, and Mercado. Excellent service and hospitality! I 100% recommend it.
