My wife and I arrived an hour early. They let us have our room since it was ready. They were quick and kind. The place is huge with everything you need and more! Beautiful, modern yet traditional facility with large spaces. The dining was great as well! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. Great stay! Anytime I'm back in Toluca DoubleTree is my first pick everytime!

The hotel was well kept and very clean. The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and our bed was very comfortable, made daily, and clean towels were supplied daily. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again.
