Friendly staff excelent rooms even a garage for your car

The staff was very friendly, they helped me with everything and always had a smile on their face. The room was quite big and the wifi worked very good, which in my experience is rare for a hotel in a mexican city. The hotel is located right at the edge of the center, two blocks away you can rent a scooter, in the center you can reach pretty much everything by foot.

The location is perfect to explore the city and the breakfast is delicious!

Gustavo the receptionist was a very helpful and cool guy.

It was perfect as we just was in our rooms for sleep. There is to much to do. In the pool for chill time.

The breakfast was great and the lady who prepared it was very friendly, she gave a us a hug the morning we left.

The courtyard, the terrace, the rooftop, the beautiful lush plants everywhere, the location with easy access to most central points of interest, the helpful and smiley staff.

The staff were extremely helpful. They allowed us to check in very early and check out much later- this was greatly appreciated! Our laundry was done by the hotel in extra quick time and always back to our room way before we expected. The rooms were spacious, light and airy. A good energy in the hotel. I would definately stay there again.

Really comfortable rooms, kitchen area where we could make our morning coffee and quiet and well located place. We were also able to park our hire car inside. Reception also helped us book taxis for our departure. I’m we liked it so much we left for a few days for the beach and then came back for a another night before leaving Oaxaca.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is placed right at the kaotic city center, and this hotel was really an nice, chill and silent oasis in the middle of everything! The staff was so kind and helpful. An absolutely go to in Oaxaca if you prefer a pool in the hot hours.

Lovely, tranquil oasis and a wonderful base to explore Oaxaca. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfasts served daily. Lovely relaxing spaces in which to sit, read etc
