Property is good location center of city, Staff are friendly and helpfully,Manager lady is good person and getting your concerns seriously. Cleaning was amazing.Safety is high level. Tv youtube is reliable no interruptions.

Super nice staff including the restaurant chef. We were only there for 1 night but we would totally stay for longer if we could. The pool looked nice too and the rooms are very big.

Amazing beach, lovely property, great breakfast, comfortable beds & quiet. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was huge, lots of hot water. It was much more relaxing and laid back than the big all inclusive hotels around Cancun. Weather was perfect, no rain & no seaweed.

Excellent location, across street from the ADO Bus Station, rooms are very clean and quiet, staff very helpful and kind, security guard 24x7, next door convenience stores.

Very new and clean facilities

Hotel was very very clean and in a very good local near the bus terminal the only problem I have is the wifi connection is very terrible stays in room 102 for two nights then rove to room 107 for a additional 7 nights and the wifi in both rooms were very bad I had was to put roaming data on my cellphone to get service

The hotel Coral is downtown Cancun relatively close to the main bus station and a short walking distance to the Main Street where all restaurants and bars are located. Reception staff are nice and attentive, rooms are large, clean, have flat screen TV and WiFi. The hotel has 2 restaurants downstairs one for breakfast and one for lunch and dinner and a laundry next door. There is a swimming pool also but we didn’t use it as we had other things planned. Overall great experience and very good value. Highly recommended.

No luxury here... we're on basic..! Tv that dates from the early 1980s. unusable, no internet, no windows in the rooms, the AC makes a noise like an airplane blower, impossible to use

The suite they provided was a wonderful surprise since there was an electrical issue in the room I had booked...it had a mini fridge & m/w which I appreciated since I have mobility issues plus too costly to eat out... Stephanie and Eduardo exceptional in helping me with many things...enjoyed the beautiful pool...

The staff is amazing, front desk staff are very kind and friendly, same with housekeeping and breakfast attendand, this is my 2nd time in this hotel. It's a small 14 rooms hotel but very comfortable and really good customer service.
