A city built for tourists, there’s almost no public beach and downtown is almost inexistent, except for a bunch of street vendors and restaurants with annoying people trying to get you inside. Nothing to visit, not even a bench in a park. Disappointing.

The bus line is cheap and easy from the hotels.

The bus line is cheap and easy from the hotels. Taxis are expensive. Massage at Bamboo Massage were great and only $50. Bring pesos. They do not exchange at a fair market rate, many places cheat you, gave as low as 12 pesos to 1 US $. Ferry to other islands are $33 per person. $20 is a tax, the locals don’t get a break either. Ridiculous! It’s cheaper to go away from the city center for souvenirs, they really overcharge the tourists in the city. Food as well.

In sales we call it selling the sizzle and not the steak.

In sales we call it selling the sizzle and not the steak. The resort is magnificent, and the staff can't do enough for you. If you're a couple and need to decompress and you don't care about food or drinks, this is the place for you. I was booked for 6 nights but couldn't stand the food, the watered down drinks, or the problem that I had getting out of the pool. I left after the first 3 nights. I

Cancun has many huge malls very diverse and so many...

Cancun has many huge malls very diverse and so many restaurants to choose from, hotels and Airbnb are everywhere so you can basically experience it all but if you go to hotel zone you should book a stay and enjoy yourself at the poola and beach with the all included otherwise not staying at a hotel zone and trying to go down there isn't that great, the buses are super fast and it's 13miles long so you havr tonstop and take the bus again , if you go to the beach too, then take a otger bus or uber to your place, only kalkakkan blvd is walkeable and worth it but very very expensive, to enjoy cancun on the cheap stay near downtown and try the boat to isla muyeres , go to local beaches, shop at grocery stores and eat there, eat at taco shops, enjoy the parks andn trails like I did, you can do boat trip for $25 or get van to pickup to go to pyramids or ruins, then a cenotes and Drive a ATV, or zip line for $50, try museums underwater its seem like a worthy experience, ice cream shops, mercado 28, take the 60cens shuttles youll get familiar with all this areas, eat local kitchens its usually good, get to the waterpark beach or rent a car , but there a lot of scams so it's not that easy to find a trustworthy rental company, stay away from tourist traps and careful at night if you drink too much, I love the toproof on hotel in Cancun it's mesmerizing

This was our 2nd time to Cancun.

This was our 2nd time to Cancun. I have to travel there for a Sales kickoff meeting for work and we go in a few days early to have a mini vacation before I have to attend meeting and workshops so I do not get to enjoy the area. We have such a great time while there. We feel safe when walking around downtown, the locals are nice, just make sure you are checking on the conversion from pesos to whatever currency you are paying to make sure you are not paying too much for something. I am even contemplating purchasing a vacation home there.

The beach area is top notch. Lots of loungers surrounded by palms and great sand. Loved the free sail boat that we took out several times. Food in the restaurants is very good. Not a fan of buffets but it seemed fine. Friday night party is a lot of fun. Only things I didn’t like was the noise levels in the main building with the bar and cafe. Impossible to have a conversation. Also the coffee used to make the espresso is low grade but what a great place for a beach all inclusive vacation. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property is shared with the Óleo Boutique All inclusive hotel, the security at the entrance is great. The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything you need while away from home. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom has a strong hot shower with great water pressure to fi ish your day. The lady who owns the property is amazing, she is in communication with you as guest to ensure your check in process and anything you need is well taking care of. I am very grateful for my stay at the property.

Absolutely everything was fantastic, spectacular and perfect- accommodation, choice of all inclusive food (Asian, Mexican, Italian, Seafood, Healthy, American restaurants + bars + bistros). Staff are super friendly. In comparison with the European 5stars hotel, this is very ration of quality and price!!! The complex is very safe and not located directly in the Cancún city. There were every day programs and also time for relaxation.
