The staff was very polite. The view from the room was amazing. We had the view on the lagoon and the pool. The breakfast was very big. They use filtered water for the drinks and fruits. The hotel was 10 min walk from the ferry to go to Isla Mujeres Island and you can buy the tickets inside the hotel with the tour desk. The gentleman working there was very kind and gave us very useful tips about Cancun and the Isla Mujeres Island. The hotel allows you to pay by card and in cash (pesos and dollars). The internet was very good and you get free towels for the pool or the beach. There is also a busstop in front of the hotel that can take you to the beach clubs of the hotelzone and the shopping center. If you walk to the ferry and you walk a bit further you will have your own private beaches where you can swim in piece without the crowd.

Hotel Casa Mallorca, Villa Sofía Holiday Accommodations, and Tsaakik Jungle Hotel & Spa got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Cancún.
I really wanted to go dancing. There was a local dance club which the hotel sold tickets for. The man selling the tickets even put his phone number in my phone because I was traveling alone in case I had any problems or felt unsafe. He also found two other females who were going and sent us all together per our choice. I had an amazing time. The club not only had dancing but put on a live show. I never felt unsafe. We took a taxi to the night club. The taxi driver was very nice and again I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this!
Cancun have allot to offer and see, you may need more than 4 days when you visit Cancun, my suggestion is to stay for 7 to 10 days, given you enough time to enjoy the hotel all inclusive. We visit Playa Mujeres and that is a most when you visit Cancun.
Stayed in Cancun for 2 nights as we were travelling around Mexico. Cancún is very lively and highly recommended. Lots of beaches and beach clubs. Big open air bars and nightclubs. There is a big Mall with lots of designer shops, restaurants and bars.
It was an amazing place to enjoy the beaches and find more about their culture and food I had a great time driving around with my family and meeting places out of the hotel I didn’t like the hotel we didn’t have enough time to book with more caution and read more the reviews food was very bad it was not tasty juices were very watery even the Coca Cola tasted like it was mixed with water restaurants with good food you had to reserve for like 3 days before I could not have a nice dinner with a simple steak or seafood the drinks they serve are also very cheap
Excellent stay - We did the usual trips like chichen itza/different cenotes/swimming with turtles and all within reasonable distance. Huge police presence during day and night to make tourists feel safe but was still approached several times by people asking if I wanted to buy 'stuff!' That let it down a bit but the complex we stayed on was great. The local area or main road south from the Krystal Hotel at the top end of the hotel zone was a bit like a mini vegas. Bright lights and noisey. Good for youngsters on a night out and a couple of loud restaurants which my kids enjoyed. I probably would return there one day but there are other places I'd like to see first. Hope this review was useful
I did not bring enough ones to keep tipping people for their services. I could not use my credit cards and bank cards because they did not know I was out the country. Bank of America was the only convient bank with no issues. I could not make calls directly to my banks and credit cards. I had to call home and get someone to call the bank on a three way call to conduct buisness.
Cancún
Booking on the site through Booking.com initially seemed to be a good idea because I believed I was paying for an All Inclusive hotel. Once I arrived and later ordered room service, I was surprised to find out this wasn’t the case. No one at the front desk was helpful, basically saying it sucked for us and if we booked the hotel through them, they would’ve helped but instead since it was through Booking.com we had to figure it out on our own (despite the fact they also work through booking.com). Their customer service sucks!
Staff were great, well trained. Tipping is usual in this resort and the employees are striving to please. We had a departure flight delay so weren't leaving until 3:00 and they allowed us to stay on the resort with our wrist bands which was great.Valet parking was included. Food was wonderful, entertainment was great. The only other luxury all inclusive I have been to is Sandals, but I preferred this hotel even though I typically don't prefer large resorts.
This is really a boutique hotel -- quite charming and different from the standard hotels. Nice pool. All very private. Breakfast was unusually good--eggs, omelettes, pancakes to order. Staff very helpful and friendly. A nice little restaurant at hotel. All but one of the "Cancun Airport" hotels are a fair ways away from the airport. I doubt that any of them have shuttles so this and others incur a significant taxi fare for those without auto.
we spend an afternoon and a night, had a breakfast in the morning, before leaving Mexico via Cancun airport. location is great for this purpose, short walk from ADO station. rooms are quite spacious, kids were impressed with the 'decor' of the place and enjoyed the pool very much. the staff was nice and efficient. breakfast in the hotel cafe was good and inexpensive (85 pesos for scrambled eggs with ham+american pancakes).
The hotel is very good, and it is near to the airport. They have transportation free when you arrive and on your departure. This is very important in Cancun since the taxi is very expensive, and no trustful. I had a issue when I arrive with the recepcionist. She wants to charge me more to enter the room earlier. In Mexico, they try to win money with everything. You need to be aware about that.
The location is great, it is right on the beach and easy to access from the busier parts of the hotel zone / Cancun downtown via bus or taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was easy with the owner via what’s app. As you can expect, it is not a luxury stay but it is a good deal if you have that in mind with your expectations!
It was just incredible and for the price and to have all inclusive and the room that we ended up getting was just amazing! I’ve been to Costa Rica Jamaica Aruba Cancun Cabo in all inclusive resorts and this is the first one I booked myself so I didn’t think it would be great and I was beyond surprised how wonderful it was!
The hotel has the most beautiful beach. Our family loved it. We did the stay without all inclusive as we were primarily out and about for the majority of the day. We did dine in on the first night and the food was ok. They have a store in the hotel we're you can buy snacks, drinks and it was extremely convenient.
The hotel building is a very beautiful old building. A little tired but charming all the same. Has character. The room was simple, clean and functional it is a great place to stay if you need quick access to the airport and you want to avoid downtown Cancun.
This is a very charming boutique hotel. Comfortable room for 4 and great breakfast. Lovely pool. We spent one night after arriving at Cancun, if you are looking for charming first night in Cancun, i can warmly recommend this hotel.
The "Adhara Hacienda Cancun" hotel is a good base for sightseeing and onward travels in Mexico. Facilities in the facility such as a swimming pool, bar and parking are a plus. Breakfast very good. Rooms ok, just correct.
Cancún
We stayed at this Hotel for one night juste after we arrived in Mexico by plane. Breakfast and service were good! The Hotel is near to Cancun Airport and is easily and quickly accessible by car. Excellent value for money!
I liked that it was all inclusive. the staff within the was great. the drinks were good. our room was a nice size. this is our third time staying at this hotel. we were not impressed this time.
Cancún
The hotel is located between the airport and Cancun. Quite place, nice garden inside, very friendly stuff, easy access to the city and playas. Recommended only for people traveling by car.
A great hotel with lots of facilities and the location on the beach is incredible. We only stayed for 1 night after landing in Cancun Airport and it was a great place to wake up.
All inclusive is the way to go! Clean pool and beach, nice weather, great restaurants and great food. Will come again with family. Thank you to Occidental costa Cancun..
Needed a hotel convenient to Cancún airport. It was great to have a shuttle bus the morning of our outgoing flight. It was nice to use the swimming pool
Super nice hotel. All inclusive - great food, however, not all restaurants were open every day. I have tried all week to get sushi, failed ;-)
This was the worst and most overpriced all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. DO NOT STAY HERE.
