I loved staying in this hotel! It’s close to Pisté’s main square and we walked to Chichén Itzá from there, took us about 20-25 minutes, good warm up before exploring the archeological site. The staff was very nice, there was always free water and coffee/tea available and they have a microwave and silverware at your disposal! as a person who sometimes had to stay in hotels for over a week, I know how frustrating it sometimes is to not be able to microwave stuff or cut it with a decent knife

The whole property was lovely, decorations exceptional. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very clean and inviting. The restaurant was centrally located next to the pool and inside the courtyard and the food was excellent. Location very close to Chichen Itza and the hotel arranged for a guide so we were able to bypass the entry lines. The room, though small, was adequate with two beds and a good bathroom. The bathroom had a shower chair and grab bars which is great as I am handicapped. Also the hotel had ramps everywhere so I could get around easily.

We had a view of the observatory from our room. Which was divine. The whirlpool tub was great after a long day walking. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant was amazing, and the margaritas were delicious.

This bungalow complex is a 5 minute drive from the Chichen Itza Ruins. It features 2 outdoor pools and is a 10 minute walk from Ik Kil Cenote, a sacred natural pool with waterfalls.

Chichen Itza is about 6 minutes drive. Hotel has basic facilities, staff were nice, parking and breakfast included (scrambled eggs, bread, sweet bread and coffee). It's good to stay for a night to visit the ruins first thing in the morning. My 2.5 year old son was with us and he enjoyed playing outside by the pool and sitting on the hammock.

Jungle location, room was very clean, good for wildlife photography! Decent enough food. Checking in / out was fine and smoothly handled. Great location for Chichen Itza.
