This was probably the best hotel room I've ever been in!! The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! Special thanks to Nemesio, Fanny and George for taking good care of us, and for Fernando keeping us safe and comfortable at night ❤️❤️🙏🫡

The place is beautiful, the room was comfortable and very clean. All the restaurants are great and the food is amazing. The staff was very kind and always helpful. I was celebrating my birthday and they left a nice surprise in my room.

    The restaurant needs better management, Service was terrible most of the guests had to wait almost 2 hours to be served with breakfast. I got tired of that service and started to have breakfast, a better breakfast somewhere else.
