I was visiting family nearby (about 15m drive) and this place was one of the closest as there are not hotels close by. It was an easy check in. Security does hold your ID for the entire stay, but everyone was helpful. The place itself was clean and comfortable. There is no centralized AC, there are ceiling fans in both rooms which seemed to do a decent job (stayed early August). I was able to easily communicate with the owner and they accommodated me by communicating in English. One issue is that it’s been about 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my deposit back, I wasn’t told about any issues found so that’s a bummer that they lack with that.

I enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, the comfortable beds, and the great location close to key attractions in Guadalajara. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel had a stylish design, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a big plus for me.

The bed and pillows were amazing. It was clean and the location was great for us. The staff in general was nice and helpful. It's a quiet place. The girl that served us breakfast on Tuesday was very kind and always with a smile.
