The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We initially didn’t like our room so they moved us to a much nicer room with no hassle and no extra charge. The manager then found us at breakfast to check we were happy and comfortable. Great service.

The staff was extremely helpful, we arrived late at night, almost at 22:30h, and they met us with a smile and helped us book a last minute ticket for a hot air balloon for the next day. They also provided us with an iron and and even a coat for my gf for the next day. And because we booked the ride with them, they allowed us to check out 2h later the next day so we could have time to visit the pyramids with ease. Overall I'd recommend booking this place for a short, last minute stay.

Beautiful colonial hotel on the outskirts of the old town. 20 minutes steep descend to town but we used taxi to bring us back. It ir really steep uphill.
