The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We initially didn’t like our room so they moved us to a much nicer room with no hassle and no extra charge. The manager then found us at breakfast to check we were happy and comfortable. Great service.

I absolutely loved staying here. Walking distance to the entrance that goes directly to the sun pyramid (about 25-30min). And as a solo traveler, I super super recommend it here too. I felt so welcome every single moment I spent there. It touched my heart, really (and such a contrast with the place I stayed prior to this one that weren't very hospitable, called Villas). Breakfast every morning. A clean room. Free wifi. And super availability to what you may need. I will choose to stay here when I come back. Muchas gracias!!

The place is very new, clean and beautifully equipped. Emilly and Victor are excellent and very attentive hosts. The entrance to Teotihucan is 10 minutes by walk, perfect location.

Beautiful colonial hotel on the outskirts of the old town. 20 minutes steep descend to town but we used taxi to bring us back. It ir really steep uphill.

It`s a fantastic and very atmospheric place! We enjoyed the natural scenery and we really loved how the hotel building itself looks like. The territory of hotel looks beautiful and very well maintained. It was great to swim in the pool. All staff members are very helpful. The hotel situated very close to the Teotihuacan archaeological complex. There are many places around where you can try delicious local food.

This is a sweet stay at a private residence with a lovely secure yard. The host is very welcoming and full of information. The king room we had was very comfortable & clean. You could see The Temple of the Sun from the balcony! The location is perfect for a 20 minute walk to either gate one or gate 5, closest to the museum. There are good food options within a 10 minute walk.
