The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We initially didn’t like our room so they moved us to a much nicer room with no hassle and no extra charge. The manager then found us at breakfast to check we were happy and comfortable. Great service.

I absolutely loved staying here. Walking distance to the entrance that goes directly to the sun pyramid (about 25-30min). And as a solo traveler, I super super recommend it here too. I felt so welcome every single moment I spent there. It touched my heart, really (and such a contrast with the place I stayed prior to this one that weren't very hospitable, called Villas). Breakfast every morning. A clean room. Free wifi. And super availability to what you may need. I will choose to stay here when I come back. Muchas gracias!!

The view was AMAZING. Having drinks on the terrace and seeing the pyramids wad beautiful. In the morning, watching the hot air balloons over the pyramids was magical. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Amazing value for money
