This hotel is located close to the subway station and a bus station. Walking distance from several hospitals and Tlalpan neighborhood (which is super beautiful during the day of the dead celebrations and less touristy than Coyoacan or Xochimilco). The reception is indeed 24/7 - I had no trouble coming and going at any time. Wifi signal was stable and fast. Enough power sockets for my devices. The room was reasonably clean, my bed was comfy. Microwave for warming up food. No excessive noise during my stay.

Everything about the hotel was great! The black curtains in the room are truly helpful. Once you let the curtains go all the way down and turn off the lights, everything is dar. That helped to rest very well. Also, the room is kind of soundproof, cause I didn't hear anything from the road in front of the hotel. In addition, the staff was really kind and helpful 😊

Perfect location for a 5:30 am kayak excursion in the chinampas of Xochimilco. It's a 15 minute walk to Cuemanco embarcadero. The room was big and comfortable. Very quiet and nice helpful staff. As some customers already pointed out it doubles as a "love hotel" and maybe not suitable for families. But it's perfect for solo travelers or a couple, obviously!

I when to the cancerology hospital with my mom .it was really close walkable. Also the it has a gate to enter in the main door .you use your fingerprint. It was good and safe .I walk from The center of Tlanepantla to the hotel it took me 25minutes around 9 pm ,it was safe to walk
