The apartment is clean, spacious and well ventilated in addition to having a good air conditioning unit and ceiling fan all of which are very important since the peninsula is quite hot. 5G wifi and refrigerator worked perfectly. The owner provides soap, shampoo and conditioner and two welcome bottle waters. Communication with the owner is friendly, fast and efficient. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule with an early check-in and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The location is favorable as close to restaurants and water. I highly recommend having breakfast and dinner at Mamá Conchi Restaurant which is on the water, family owned and serves fresh, delicious food and drinks. We had a spectacular lunch as well at Los pericos Restaurant. What makes the town special is that it's a working cooperative-fishing village and not a tourist trap. Having said that, there isn't much to do in town, so make sure you book some water tours.

Close to the square. This property has 2 locations and i was booked at the nicer one, but the manager changed me to the one that was closer to accommodate my mobility issues.

This is a beautifully restored hacienda that provides the visitor with spacious and comfortable accommodations within a tranquil natural setting. Everywhere you turn, you'll find something interesting. And the grounds are large enough that you can wander around exploring for quite awhile, then finish off by jumping into the lovely pool. Just one-hour from Merida, but really a whole other world.

This location is incredible. You’re literally beach front. And soooooo private. The pool was way larger than I thought and absolutely stunning. Watching the flamingos fly by in the morning from bed is priceless. Private beach right out front with virtually no one around was dreamy. Think of it as a family cottage on the sea
