The hotel is located in the city centre. It has been the only place in Mexico (country) were spring water has been offered (all places only offer treated). As a boutique hotel, they also have quite a lot of furniture coming from Oaxaca's crafters and the place is beautifully decorated. The personnel is super nice and attentive and they are always looking after your comfort and satisfaction.

The staff was amazing, and the place was immaculate—including the shared kitchen. I was working during my stay and had lots of video calls; the best Wi-Fi signal was near the kitchen, but the terrace worked well enough for video calls too. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the eco-friendly vibe, especially given the water shortage in Oaxaca. The location was perfect for me—close to cafes, restaurants, galleries, and more. I also enjoyed practicing yoga and meditating on the terrace, and spending quiet evenings in the hammock. They host events like tamal tastings, language exchanges, and more, which added a great community feel to the stay.
