Kiin Wayeb is a gracious and welcoming property decorated to create a sense of stepping back into Valladolid’s Mexican-Mayan history. The rooms, the pool, the garden, and the Café Art cafe are delightful and it’s hard to leave the space. The hotel manager, Lucía, is helpful, knowledgeable, hospitable, and a wonderful introduction into Valladolid and Hotel Kiin Wayeb. The king-sized bed is comfortable and the balcony pool-view room is well-appointed and thoroughly thought out. We were thrilled with our hotel choice when we arrived!

This property is beautiful. You feel verysecluded but centro is just a few minutes away. It’s a great location from which one can explore all of Yucatán. Concierge was outstanding. Arranged several excursions for me, all of which were perfect.

I loved how clean the room was and the property was well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff, and really close to everything without the noise and clutter. Actually really liked the abundance of convenient outlets in the room to satisfy all my devices for charging.

I wish I could have stayed longer! The location was excellent, the accommodation was clean, and the staff were very friendly. One of the best parts was that the cenote was just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to head there in a swimsuit and return to the hotel to freshen up. I highly recommend this place!
