The staff was very helpful and polite, the rooms were clean and neat. We arrived just 10 minutes before the restaurant closing and they offered to bring our dishes to our room. The service was expedite and they thought of everything we could need.

The owner was very friendly he tried to fix the problem they gave away our reservation and this was very disappointing and they took us to an other hotel but the bed was not a king size as the one we reserved and then the new hotel tried to charge us more. This was bad as the person who answered the door basically said sorry we tried calling you but you did not answer and we gave away your room . This is totatlly unacceptable. we dont ever live there to have a working phone that is why people make reservations!!!!!

Everything about this stay was almost perfect. The hotel is a fantastic property in the middle of the forest. I used the pool, sauna, and the spa parlor. I loved that they offered tours to nearby attractions and I loved the view of the nearby waterfall. Breakfast was amazing as well, and I appreciated the fact that they let me do a late checkout.
