Great value for money for very comfortable hotel room. We stayed in Studio Executive King room. The room was very large, bed very large and comfortable, shower worked well, wifi worked well, good areas for sitting. Room was relatively quiet except for some noise above. Check in and check out was very quick. Room had fridge and freezer and toiletries and everything one needs for very comfortable stay. Surrounding area is not very nice - but standard for Johor Bahru - though the location is excellent if you want to be near the train station/border crossing to Singapore - 5 minute walk to train station. They also have free shuttle bus to train station if you have luggage. Overall we would stay here again as it was very comfortable and great value for money. It is not a place with character but one doesn't expect that with this type of hotel - rather it is reliable and comfortable and convenient.

Apparently, this homestay is self-service; you have to collect your own garbage and throw it and need to clean the homestay before checkout. So you paid a large amount of money (RM400++for 2 of us) and you have to do all the housekeeping up to the owner's standard, otherwise you might lose your RM100 deposit. Basically, once you check in, owner is not responding to your queries. The face wash sink water stuck in bathroom, Water heater is not functioning, Washing machine is spoil and not able to use the stove. Texted owner for the manual guidelines at least they can provide us. None of the message is respond and never answer our call at all. We clean the homestay by ourself and end up without using using any of the facilities. After 1 week, owner reply me saying that RM10 were deducted for using the towel in homestay. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Reply to owner saying that we didnt use the towel at all. UNTIL NOW NO REPLY. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS. Really disappointing and unpleasant stay.

The place we stayed is safe as there are so many security personnel in every lobby and those prowling below the parks and garden. They are rather strict so make sure you have your details to show that you are the intended guest at the RF Princes. They will double-check with their control centre about your details. This is good security, especially for ladies.

At the same cost, I could get a better room in JB. Checking in a bit delay because of Condo security reasons, need to provide lot of personal information knowing the current scam situation, one might resultant to give. However the Owner was very prompt in solving my last minute check-in. Told to park a designated lot but occupied, again prompt replied and got an alternative lot. A little bit of hazzle and inconvenience, however excellent security, basic amenities around, need to drive to nearest.

This is the second time I stayed at an opera hotel.
This is the second time I stayed at an opera hotel. This time I took my family on vacation. We booked two rooms, but the smell of the toilet was still the problem. The toilet in my room was even worse and couldn't be flushed. Later, I changed to another room Give us a room, hope the hotel can improve the toilet problem.

JB has its charm that will invite you to visit again and again. Everything is here and there are lots of choices for food and shopping. The city is not as crowded as KL and places seem to be near to each other. The Premium Outlets has a wide variety of branded items to choose from.

It's definitely good value. No doubt! Unfortunately, I had to check out much earlier than the date that I'd booked. The receptionist kept on saying sorry, thinking that I didn't enjoy my stay.
