There was nothing to like about this place. The premise is very badly maintained and the living conditions are not acceptable even for animals, needless to say for human beings. Managed by the Kulim Town Council, this premise should be inspected and driven for compliance for accommodations. Until and when the facility is safe, hygienic and liveable, the so-called premise needs to be closed. The only positivity is that it's located near to town and in a drive- able distance.
