Front desk is really fast and helpful. Room looks little old but not dirty. Way better condition than the Legoland hotel. Restaurant staff were nice and very hard working. Buffet was good enough. Very big room. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will return agiain. Overall great location and great hotel.

Very appreciative of staff quick response to queries, including also request for earlier check-in (2hr before scheduled). Excellent view of cityscape (from 28th f). Within walking distance to Aeon mall, and proximity to high-end bakery, shops and eateries. The kitchen has all one needs such as fridge, cooking stove, microwave, plates, bowls, glasses, knife and utensils. Washing machine is also a great plus. Others: Aircons and water heater work well

Literally I was sceptical at first since i booked a smoking room and its on a lower floor,I was thinking the room would be filled with bad odour,but it hit me wrong.I was impressed by the housekeeping staff maintaining the room well for a smokung room.Well done.The front office staff had given a prompt and reliable service.I call the front counter to inform that theres tv connection error but in vain.I hung up and upon my astonishment,counter did a follow up call and i manage to relay my concern.And the best part upon minutes maintenance team attended to it..Well done guise..!!!👏👏👏Have done a good customer service.I will sure be back again for another stay with this awesome service given.
