    The homestay given WAS not the one pictured in the...

    The homestay given WAS not the one pictured in the booking.com profile. Cleanliness was poor. There were cigarettes leftover in the ashtray in the kitchen. The rooms were dusty and triggered my staff's sinuses causing her to sneeze all night and not get good rest. Maybe they don't get customers often, but they were given ample time to do proper cleaning. But most of all, the false advertising is not acceptable especially as the owners were Muslim.
