ThailandMy third time staying here. The first was during the "soft-opening" and even then everything was already great. And now that it has 7/11 on premise and only less than 100 steps to enter the mall I couldn't possibly think of any other hotel in Klang to be staying from now on!
Although the Esplanade Mall's Retail Space isn't full yet and I hope the next time I come to stay at KSL Esplanade Hotel it would even give better overall value!

The food if you the right place to go to. If you like Bak Kut Teh, there are a couple of shops which are good in P.Klang and Bukit Tinggi area.
Lots of cafes.
Traffic jams are daily affair and if you plan your time you may avoid the
long jam.
Explore the jetties & Crab Island if you have the time. Seafood is really fresh.

Klang is a good place to immerse in culture because of the heritage buildings and towns - Chinatown, Indian street, Malay plots - all in one! Good food is abundance and the people are friendly - despite many stereotyping Klang as a gangsta land :)

Maybe the most decent “proper” hotel in Klang? Location is key, with supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, eateries and an upcoming LRT station around the vicinity.
Staffs were friendly, professional, warm and welcoming. Checking in and out were very efficient, am so impressed.
Room doesnt look dated, and is spacious. Parking lots are aplenty and provided with compliments. Lobby smelt great.

Easy to find. Spacious parking. Toiletries including toothbrush & toothpaste. Shower with hot & cold water option. Not a cliche budget hotel, it really exceeds my expectations.
