The location is great for us. It is around 2km from the jetty but since the route in jetty area is one-way, it became a bit further. Shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes though. A lot of wonderful ikan bakar restaurants available in jetty area. The main supermarket is 1km away but convenience stores such as 7-11 are available around 500m away. The house itself is really cute, and nicely decorated. It could accommodate 4 people comfortably or maybe more with the comforter provided. Both rooms are fully air conditioned, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, complete kitchenware, washing machine, basic TV, and some packets of 3 in 1 drinks are plus. One car could be parked inside the gate and one more could be adjusted outside. We highly recommend this place for everyone.

Location is the best thing, away from noisy road..but close to kuala perlis and kangar, somewhare in the middle. Very windy as it was located in the middle of paddy field. Bring pole and line.. :-)
