Com. what for, dont simply.cancel.cust oder and ask cust how?this is your problem, not mine, .u have to settled it in.your mnagement, please dont make cust upsad and angry to your service, if i know this were happen, what for i use this application, today is my day, dont you think.if this happen to you, your family, your work it can spoil.everthing that i ready arranged. A city that give serenity for those who seek peace and calm.
A city that give serenity for those who seek peace and calm.
It is a city that hosted the naval base in Malaysia, therefore, the security is most guaranteed around the area of Lumut.
The facilities, place of visit including the beaches also not too far. We can drive around 10 minutes or a bit longer, to go from 1 to another place of attraction.

Well located, family friendly resort.
Well located, family friendly resort. Lots of activities and good variety of food. View for photography is fantastic especially during sun rise and sun set. Ideal place for families who want time-out to chill & relax, without the hustle and bustle of town area (this place is secluded away from main town). Staff generally very friendly and approachable. Overall a good short stay and we will certainly visit again.

They had a Merdeka Fair at the waterfront, partly hosted by the Navy. They put up some "shows" and the public can participate with the Navy. Many stall selling food and stuff. Be adventurous and you will find 1001 things to do in Lumut.

Nearby to Sitiawan ( less than 20mins ride ) so for eateries, plentiful options to choose from. To go over to Pangkor Island, has to consider the travelling time by ferry ( both ferry schedules and time to cross over ). If day trip, can be a bit challenging to cover Lumut, Sitiawan and Pangkor Island.
Both Lumut and Sitiwan towns are quaint small towns with a good laid back feel of life which is pretty refreshing for city dwellers that are used to fast paced lifestyle.
We particularly like the beach from at Double Tree Damai Laut as it has a good sea fron view.
We had breakfast at Kampong Koh Noodle House & the food was exceptionally good. Than we tried the famous Foochow pastry at Cheong Chia Gong Peah in Sitiawan.
At Lumut, we bought dried seafood from a 30+ year old shop, Hasil Laut Sin Ah manned by an elderly Hainanese couple, a treasure trove of stories of Lumut as they were one of the early pioneers of the town.

The greatest assest that Damai Lumut has to offer is not only in the sprawling design and architecture of a resort, its the fantastic seaview and the greeneries one views from the Main lobby/reception area but also the staff who works there! I and my family have enjoyed our stay at Damai Hilton Double Tree due to the warm welcome and friendly staff who greeted you with a smile and their helpfulness. Can't say I have stay in a hotel where you are greeted with such friendliness. A big Thank You, especially to the staff who was on duty at the terrace where we had our breakfast on 5th February 2023, who did their best to ensure the guests are not disturbed by the monkeys who flocked on the roof top of "Makan" restaurant. The staff when out of their way to ensure comfort for the guests and free of incidents from the monkeys. We had a great time watching the antics between the staff and the monkeys.
I would go back to stay at Damai Hilton Double Tree again as our stay was too short this time. Really enjoy my stay there. However, it would be great if they could change the soft pillows to a firmer one. The bed is great, its firm and soft at the same time. Really comfy beds.
Would also be great if the whole stretch of beach could be cleared of rubbish (mineral bottles, cup noodles, etc) washed up by the tide in the morning, instead of just clearing the stretch of beach fronting the resort.

The breakfast are delicious even not much choices.
Thanks a lot to the hotel bcoz allowed us to check in earlier, reached there around 1pm and supposed to check in at 3pm. The hotel allowed us to directly check in at 1pm since the room already prepared. Thanks a lot for understanding.
The location is just nearby the town and lumut jetty. We enjoyed the night outings where there are a lot of eatery places nearby. Very convenient.

The hotel situated in a quiet and nice place, definitely is a nice place for those who wish to enjoy their vacation without travel much to other places. The beach is very beautiful and clean. The staff provide welcome cookies and drinks during check in. The room is spacious and worth the money. The buffet breakfast is delicious too. Enjoyed this stay alot with families members.
