Everything about the resort was awesome! Very well-trained staff were all super helpful and smiley. Kids's club was one of the best part of the resort, my 5yo loved it and spent lots of time with them so we could have some relaxing time with the hubby.

It feels like seeing an old, good friend One of the front desk staff, Mr. HAFI, was incredibly friendly, making it feel like seeing an old friend! I saw him in a long-sleeve shirt, sweating profusely, yet he remained so kind and patient while answering my questions. I was genuinely worried he might suffer from heatstroke or faint right in front of me.
