It was my first time staying at Ritz Carlton property. And I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we step there till the very last second we had a wonderful time. Every staffs we encounter were very professional and on top of their game. Services were splendid. Food was perfection, every meal we had was exceptional. Buggy service was very quick too, not once had to wait more than couple of minutes. The ambience was gorgeous. Room service was another amazing experience, coming back to our room and seeing all the little details that our housekeeping team had done to make our stay comfortable was such a special experience. Leaving a hotel was a bitter sweet feeling since we had such memorable stay.

The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful! Always smiling and more than happy to assist you. I want to say a big thank you especially to the lovely girls on reception. The place was clean, comfortable and the services were great. Beautiful, clean private beach. Stunning views. Wonderful food! I can’t recommend it enough. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

We loved Api Api Resort! Nestled amidst a mangrove forest, you’ll find cute and very comfortable huts, a nice swimming pool and plenty of cozy spots and hammocks to relax. The breakfast was very nice with several options to choose from (incl vegetarian). Recommend to rent a scooter (the friendly staff will help you) so that you can drive around the island and explore all the beauty it has to offer. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Langkawi!

The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and constantly full of happiness, nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of attention to detail as well, free snacks in your room, little notes on the desk, free Christmas Eve buffet, free kiting, all you need in terms of booking tours and scooters. Live entertainment on select evenings too. Free drink voucher on arrival at the bar.

The villas are in a very quite area near the chenang area and the Golden bamboo caffe, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall experience is worth trying and definitely recommended and would stay there again.

    The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The Thai Restaurant was amazing - getting to the Sky Cab was just walking distance, that's worth a visit. I did a Mangrove Tour which was pretty good... I went on my own but a group tour might have been just as good.

    Malaysia itself is built on tourism use, I didnt like the fact that you have to pay to use bathrooms specially in touristic areas where you will spend already inside as there is food, shops and activities, and also you have to pay for a bathroom and extra for tissue. which made it a struggle if you walk with no money. most of the adventures are not priced you are given a different price and every tourist is given a different price, and the staff claim they dont know if you ask any question that would make them not profit. overall its a very beautiful city, but it is not a place I would go to again.

    Loved being in the rain forest, lovely beach and had such a relaxing time and people are so friendly and helpful. Recommend trips such as Mangrove boat trip. Relatively cheap to eat out as were drinks.

    Excellent location. Short walk to sky bridge. Private beach. Three restaurant choices. Friendly monkeys. Good food. Relativelyclean sandy beach. Friendly accommodating staff. Trolleys are always available. You can hear your neughbors at times. Not sure if sea water had jelly fish or not please inform us better each day. Some busy food kiosks like egg bkfst or peak times. Swimming pool is ok but a bit small.

    We had an amazing time, and we will be going back for another weeklong stay next summer. The staff were very accommodating - Mr. Jamal was very hands on to address any requests in relation to the hotel stay, Mr. Fikri offered our daughter a lovely experience with the aquatic fauna in addition to preparing the most delicious cocktails for us, the entire team in the restaurant was very attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to assist.

    5-6 days would be a nice relaxing holiday.

    5-6 days would be a nice relaxing holiday. You get to visit different places each day and go back to the hotel, relaxing in the pool with bar service. One of the highlights is Mangrove tour, you get to go round the Mangrove and out to other islands with clear water, watch the eagles and snorkeling. Skycab is a must, went up to the top, can see beautiful islands and the whole Langkawi.

    we liked everything about this hotel. the location, the staff, the room, the beach, the pool, the restaurants and the food. The staff was so attentive, caring and responsive. We wish could've stayed more because this place is amazing for reset and refreshing. My 4 years' old son enjoyed watching the monkeys as well.

    Such a lovely place to stay on Langkawi. We had a gorgeous rainforest chalet and it was so comfortable. The minibar was a real treat and a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful with the pool, multiple restaurants and private beach. I can’t fault it and will definitely return in the future
