Spacious & safe parking, has priority parking spots for ladies, guards make their rounds regularly (we arrived 1AM-ish and felt super safe). Instruction to the location is clear and easy to follow.
Lift to room (25ish levels in all) can accommodate many, and is timely.
Room is spacious, exactly as shown in pic. Clean and all items stated in the booking are provided and are in perfect condition/function.
I recommend setting a Qiblat direction & preparing a prayer mat for Muslims.
The staffs were warm, calm, accommodating, helpful, respectful & easy to communicate.
There is a small supermarket, the same level as the lobby, sell foods like in 7e.
Price per night paid was definitely worth it and cheap, esp. considering the good experience and treatment we received. Would come again to try the pool.

It is a modern hotel inside the second largest shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. A direct metro line serves the city centre. The rooms are of sufficient size, modern and equipped with comfortable beds.
The breakfast offers an amazing variety with different food stations (Malaysian, Western, Indian, Japanese). On weekends the hotel is popular with local customers.
Many restaurants can be found inside the mall.

PJ Hilton is one of the oldest hotels in PJ and currently it has ongoing renovation on the rooms and certain areas of the hotel. The breakfast was awesome. The room definitely upgraded a lot compared to in the 90s. All the staff were friendly, and the hospitality is always A+.

Great location, less density, room is comfortable. The parking is reasonable after 6pm which is RM3 till 7am the next morning. Shower room is clean but the working desk is a bit smelly. Overall it's a great stay and one of the good budget hotel you can find nearby PJ.
