The wonderful staff from check in to check out. They were so helpful and efficient, not to mention their warm smiles and hand on heart bows. They helped us with getting transports, directions, and many many tips and made our stay very comfy and pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean as well. And the food was good, too, we tried many local and infused cuisines. Many restaurants around the hotel as well, for variations. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

    Lots of places for good food but you need to Google.

    Lots of places for good food but you need to Google. Traffic is legendary - meaning it's bad. Not many malls, just Pavilion Bukit Jalil which is nearby, then there's IOI Mall Puchong and a little further is Sunway Pyramid. Doubt there's any touristy places nearby. There is LRT/MRT though so it is easy to move around.

    In Puchong you can get all kind of food.

    In Puchong you can get all kind of food. Places of interest is quite nearby. There is a park in bukit jalil and Pavillion Bukit Jalil is quite closeby. So is IOI mall. Recommended people to stay in this unit.

    puchong has lots of small towns where food places are easily accessible, by short drive or even short walks. you can reach bandar Sunway by highway. IOI mall is very convenient and has all the great shopping!

    I stay in this hotel cause I having classes every weekend .

    I stay in this hotel cause I having classes every weekend . I found the receptionist is very having problem not will service to customer . I don't like they put a long awaiting register for a room. I also face the room is someone already been use and very smelly and disgusting room. Kindly Management take a look into this matter seriously. Customer is paying for the clean room not been using by someone else.

    Puchong is not exactly a vacation destination.

    Puchong is not exactly a vacation destination. It's more suitable for business travellers. I guess you can use a hotel in this suburb as a base to get around KL or Selangor, but I wouldn't do it this way.

    Plan properly for the trip or you will be stuck on the road due to traffic jams. Look ahead for any attractions like restaurants or shopping malls. Some restaurants need to be booked in advance but this one I love! You can try PitBoy BBQ, Puchong. Their food is very good, delicious and excellent.
