Disappointed with overall services. Contacted housekeeping more than 5x but not being entertained. Requested to speak to their manager, got resolved after that. Basically no housekeeping during my stay except the last night I was there after multiple complaint. Will not coming back. I parked at valet, they couldn’t even find my car keys because it was mixed up. Limited place to visit especially due to covid but I certainly not coming back.

Sepang is a just a small town.
Sepang is a just a small town. There are a few amenities such as grocery store, banks, etc. The sea is not really swimmable. There are many people trying to catch crabs and shellfish on the nearby beach.

The staff not much helpful checking will take 2 hour not much people. The rooms are old and small not well maintained. They don't even give you much toiletries and dust . If you plan to come with your family, your kids will get bored because the pool is not that great Food (always a high point of our travels) is also not that great paid for dinner Tasteless and not much variety. Since we were booked for 2nights I cancel it on the day after dinner we checkout. The worse service ever and keep blaming booking.com

The villages surrounding the resort are nothing, so...
The villages surrounding the resort are nothing, so don't bother to try to have anything there. Expect to drive all the way to Sungai Pelek for anything decent. Most people go to the resort to stay in the resort, I guess. In the nights, there are some "restaurants" nearby but very limited types of cuisine. Expect 100% local.

The only "attraction" is the Mitsui outlet mall near the airport but the food is bad there. We had a good lunch in Ming Tai Chinese restaurant at about 16 km. Many restaurant are closed or really not recommended. The beach is very dirty. Grab taxi not easy to fine and can be expensive.

The front desk receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Room was fine. Unfortunately I accidentally left my belt and only realised an hour after check out. Contacted the hotel immediately and their claimed to not have found my belt and my room was already 'cleaned'. Not too impressed.
