Swakopmund is still a quaint place with beautiful German heritage. The restaurants provide a great selection of both German and local cousine. Unfortunately, over the years, one has to be a little more vigilant when walking the streets as a tourist.

Swakopmund is simply a beautiful place to visit very clean and lots of things to do. The people are lovely and are easy to communicate with. For activities the Dunes and camels are a must. There's lot's of restaurants to visit. The city buildings are just stunning and there's lots of history to learn about the city.

A very well laid out town with interesting architecture. Easy to walk around. Clean and with a good selection of shops. The restaurant ‘Kucki’s Bar’ is a must for delicious food and a friendly and efficient service.

Helpful staff and very nice facilities for the price. I will choose the same property for some of the next Swakopmund visits as well. Inside the yard parking brings some extra comfort when staying in the center with a rental car.
