United StatesWe stayed in a Premier Villa and it was huge! Three big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, plus an upstairs with a big table and a patio where we could watch birds and the occasional mammal. The food was great, huge portions or big buffet. It’s on a part of the game reserve with no dangerous animals so you can walk around safely. We saw ostriches, antelopes, hyrax and hare while walking or looking out our window. It’s part of a nonprofit that’s working to preserve and protect animals while working with the local community. We did the “Behind the scenes tour” which was really interesting and fun, loved the baboon walk! Really glad we stayed here!

The museum is an amazing tribute to the people of Namibia and a stark reminder of humanity's ability for cruelty. I think it is worth visiting for both citizens and visitors to the country. The restaurant on the 4th floor is a hidden gem. Great setting and excellent service

Walking through the town felt safe.
Walking through the town felt safe. It is very clean, and people are friendly and helpful. The taxi, Lefa is brilliant! We used them quite a bit whilst here.
We found the malls are impressive! The park in town was a breath of fresh air, clean and well policed.
The people within the museums are informative and wow, they are free!

We love to visit the historical places and old churches. Cafe Schneider -
close to the Hilton & Avani hotels then Joe's beerhouse is the only option for Supper if you have your own transport but is relativly close to the mid center.
we went for work so there was not realy time for a lot of activities or to explore them I suggest a visit to the tourism info center in central Windhoek will help a lot

Lots of shopping, food and a decent night life. While their I would recommend and evening in Berrylicious, and a meal at Windhoek sky. Prices everywhere are extremely reasonable and photo opportunity in abundance.

The shopping experience was fabulous, and I also found most Namibians to be warm and friendly. Windhoek is a great city, historically rich too!

Carolina and Delano give me a great welcome in Windhoek providing me all the information needed to spend safely my stay in the town. I really appreciate it. As hotel itself everything was clean and tidy, the rooftop bar as a pleasant relaxing music and the best wives of the town expecially during the sunset. I recommend it
