CanadaThis place exceeded my expectations. It’s a boutique hotel but very modern and the room I was given was very cozy and nice. Staff was friendly tho the manager Farida had an attitude the first day but she redeemed herself the next day. Staff was prompt in responding to requests and very courteous. Located in the heart of Victoria island, it was very easy to get uber and bolt. The security guards were awesome and very kind too (thank you for assisting me to wash my car). Would definitely come back and I highly recommend. Kitchen staff may need more training. The two people I encountered were rude. Overall great Stay.

The food was always delicious and at the right temperature when it was delivered.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of—making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Room Facilities was awesome, Very Powerful Chilling Air Condition. WIFI Was Great, My Business Conference Went Well Via Their Internet. The Oral, Ambiance of The Environment was Peaceful and Top-notch. I give it to them. Its a Place I Will Visit Over and Over Again. They Deserved greater accolade. 10/10
