Still has traffic issues especially if you moving across the city. However, there are always spots for entertainment at any location within the city so you are always guaranteed fun wherever you are.
If you like quiet areas they are plenty. If you are a 24/7 person looking for fun, such locations are also scattered across the city.
The mainland remains central to most movements around the city, but is also susceptible to the unpredictable traffic. Choose your lodging as close to the area you will be visiting if your period of stay will be a week or more. However, if you know your way around town, then go ahead and have fun.

Lagos is a vibrant city with numerous activities. The one-week trip was too short for me to explore the island as much as I would have liked to. Anyone intending to visit Lagos should do so with an open mindset and explore. A variety of great fun is available from typical Nigerian cuisine, the beach, and the nightlife.

I had the best time!
I had the best time! I work in the global hospitality industry, which is very human centric. Every interaction I've had this week has been stellar. Strangers will wish you a "good morning', "good afternoon" and "good evening" with genuine heartfelt warmth.
I've loved every minute of my time in Lagos.
Is it for everybody? No. It's intense, a little crazy, but culturally fascinating and well worth taking the time to really "be present" here.
The city will reward you. Trust me.

The difference between those who have and those who have not is staggering its a dog eat dog society Christian in name only the roads are so dangerous the drivers are the worst I have ever seen but I love the people they all try their best even though everything is stacked against them (the poor) people with money have forgotten there fellow man woman.

I love Lagos.
I love Lagos. It is an Interesting and Hospitable City, but the heavy Traffic is what I dislike about the city. You need to leave home several hours before to avoid missing an appointment. It is a nice experience. Lagos boasts numerous terrific and exciting tourist sites, as well as beautiful beaches.

The hotel is a fake. They advertise cheap rooms at their property but when you get there in person they present a different price. The cheap price they advertise on booking.com is just to lure unwary customers. What wickedness.
I suggest that booking.com should stop advertising this hotels in Lagos because they are dupes. I used expedia.com and the hotels advertised on their website always keep to their advertised fees.

Nothing to like. It was a very bad hotel. No water, bed was so dirty and with stained and torn bed sheet, smelling and stinking environment and premises. The facilities was poor, meal was poor, poor power systems. Nothing about the hotel was right. It was very very bad.

Ajoke Adabale Hotel is a scam. There is no such hotel at all. They are fraudsters. I was defrauded. The address given does not exist. Booking.com should verify hotels before offering them to the public for booking.
