25/07 / 2025 from the airport to the hotel, no air conditioning in the car I sweat tired with the smell of changing the tyres etc... arrived 1h30 waiting before having my key for the room... in the evening I placed an order for Spaghetti, the meal was served on a broken plate like a dog after 1h42 of waiting, when I said the waiter told me it was the cook... when I said the waiter told me it was the cook...it's disappointing to see how the team treats such a beautiful place.What's going on in this hotel, now it's a gecko And full of Cockroaches . Honestly, I've never seen this in my life, I killed them and the gecko one of the waiters came to kill them, I still had a mediocre service at the worship bar as well the Night July 26th with a catastrophic order with a 2h40 wait because the waitress forgot everything I had ordered and served dishes contrary to my order . It is definitely the whole hotel that needs to be reviewed. I am very disappointed, it's a pure disaster that I really didn't expect. Being in a room to sleep you can't because you're afraid of animals coming out. Room 503 , I will never forget....
