This was a lovely place to relax for 2 days between busy weeks of travel. The facilities were lovely. We enjoyed using the kayaks in the mornings to explore this island and others. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Henry was also interested in birds and helped us to locate 2 species of owls on the island, and to identify several other birds.

The hotel exuded a mix between colonial and modern. The room was clean and had modern touches. Excellent AC and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with made-to-order omelets and other hot/cold foods. Location was perfect!

Rooms were huge with plenty of seats and the beds were very comfortable. Great view from the room overlooking the La Merced Church. Decent water pressure and has hot water. Has a restaurant on-site with very good food and attentive staff.
