Amazing city so much to do.

Amazing city so much to do. Recommend CHUN as a great breakfast spot. Definitely go on a boat down the canals. So many great food spots and bars. Highly recommend Heineken Experience as quite a fun thing to do and the basement bar is great. Very walkable and the trains are super easy to navigate, the shopping is also great.

Amsterdam is a busy, bustling city.

Amsterdam is a busy, bustling city. Getting about is in some ways a pleasure, with plentiful public transport, and picturesque canals and buildings. One needs great care when traversing roads, though! Trams, buses, taxi's, cars, motorcycles, bicycles and the new electric bikes too. I suggest looking in every direction, all the time! Many 'sites' to see, though some may need to be booked. The people, though, are what makes it one of my favourite places. Friendly, with a great sense of humour that is easily shared with their excellent grasp of English language. There are still many independent idiosyncratic shops to be found. I could go on...

Everything you would hope for in a stay in the heart of Amsterdam in a classic “canal house “ hotel. Great staff and unique rooms. On site restaurant served a very good breakfast and an excellent lunch.

Very unique architecture. Ferries will take you from one side of the river to the other all the time for free. Canal Cruise allowed you to see various parts of the city easily. The Dutch Pantry was a small restaurant that was delicious and a real treat!

The city is so beautiful and taking a canal boat tour is an absolute must! It is a very busy city with a lot of people walking and biking around. Beware of the bikes! They go faster than the cars do! We walked everywhere as it is a very walkable city and ate at Prince Charming Restaurant and The Grasshopper. Both had good food and beautiful decor inside. The Grasshopper is right on the canal and absolutely beautiful to go to at night time.

Nice room and bathroom. All clean and tidy. Location is not far from the trams and main station which takes around 20-25 minutes to get to the airport and around 15-20 minutes to get to central Amsterdam. We had a nice walk into the city centre along the river through the park which took around 45 minutes. There was a lovely restaurant around the corner from the hotel and we went to two great brunch locations again just around the corner from the hotel.

Location was excellent, the old City Centre & Central station were literally on the doorstep. The staff were professional, very friendly & could not have been more helpful when our Airline cancelled our flight a few hours before we were meant to head for the airport. It was one of the few city-centre hotels with a pool and a very well equipped gym. I had stayed there previously & will use it again if I'm in Amsterdam

Lovely hotel within a short distance from the city centre. Easy access to public transport. Tram stop is a short walk away. We booked a king room and the room is huge! The three of us had a comfortable stay for three days. The hotel has all the facilities you’ll need as a traveller - coffee machine, iron, fridge etc. Happy to come back if I am in Amsterdam again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cabins Hotel Amsterdam. It is a really cool place, quiet and perfect for solo travelers like me. I liked the atmosphere, the showers are clean and easy to use. Also the location is really nice, in a quiet place, yet not far from the city centre, a 15 minute walk, also using a 3 minute ferry

This is a very standard hotel and it is as you would expext! Amsterdam is pretty expensive, so finding affordable accomodation can be a bit tricky! This hotel is not in central location, but it's very easy to get here from the airport and to the city centre. Room was clean, and staff waskind and helpful.
