Much has already been said about the exceptionally lovingly arranged breakfast - and yes, ist's true and exceeds all expectations! Nothing is lacking at Huisje aan 't Hof! A super comfortable and very high-quality double bed in a cozy bedroom with plenty of storage and excellent blackout options. A modern bathroom with a waterfall shower, lots of fluffy towels and a turbo hairdryer, plus a separate toilet. In the kitchen with a dining table and two chairs, you'll find a great capsule coffee machine (coffee/milk/sugar are complimentary!), a microwave, a small fridge, and cutlery/mugs/drinking glasses and dishes for two people. Everything has been thought of: from the nightlights in the socket, to dish soap and kitchen towels, high quality soaps and room fragrances. The greenery-surrounded seating area in front of the "Huisje" offers perfect privacy and a lovely view of well-kept flower beds. From there, you can directly access your own private parking space. The tastefull decor and furnishings reflect the attention to detail. The cosy atmosphere makes you forget the world around you. But one should definitely not miss a stroll through the enchanting village center of Bronkhorst - a little journey into a dollhouse from times gone by - simply picturesque! I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and can only describe the entire experience as outstanding. The hotel is located in a peaceful, romantic little village – a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped – there was truly nothing missing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The price-performance ratio is excellent – great quality for a very fair price! One of the absolute highlights was the on-site restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious – every dish was prepared with care and bursting with flavor. We were consistently impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. Another big plus: there’s a free parking lot directly at the hotel, which made everything even more convenient. All in all, this place is a true hidden gem. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of – and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a charming, tranquil location.

Villa Veertien is exceptional--blending luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. The facilities are of the highest quality, with every detail seems to have been carefully considered, creating a truly enjoyable experience. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. It was immaculately clean and quiet. The team at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The views from Villa Veertien offer stunning panoramas of the IJssel River and the serene countryside. Watching the shipping traffic glide along the river from the comfort of my room was unique. The wide windows framed the picturesque scenes of the river, with fields stretching peacefully into the distance.

The Villa is a little hidden gem, a very quiet and peaceful location, that is very well furnished and decorated. The self service bar and cafeteria area is a super idea. The breakfast outside in the garden was well presented, and there was a very good choice provided for us. We wished that we could have stayed longer, as the name says "Villa" and the high expectations of a "Villa" were all met.

We decided to stay here for just one night on our way to our final destination, but had I known it was such a beautiful place, we would have extended our stay. Kasteel Engelenburg is a historic hotel with lots of atmosphere which offers delicious breakfasts and dinners. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a spacious and comfortable room in what I believe were the converted stables. It had its own terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens. We will definitely make an effort to come back!

Rustic, interesting, plenty of people on some form of cycling holiday. The hotel is geared to be totally sufficient for cycling holidays with electric bicycles for hire. Would be perfect for a walking holiday.

Beautiful location, freshly upgraded rooms which were cosy and well done. The best shower i have had in quite a while and the first time I was able to sleep immediately in a hotel.
