This was my third time in The Hague.
This was my third time in The Hague. I’m not usually a big fan of large cities, but there’s something about The Hague that I really love. Its seaside atmosphere, excellent cycling infrastructure, beautiful architecture, and great museums make you want to come back — and that’s exactly what I keep doing. The highlight for me is always the Mauritshuis, especially the stunning Vermeer paintings, with Girl with a Pearl Earring stealing the show every time.Guest review byMarcinPoland - 8.0

There are many museums and galleries to see and if your hotel is central they are all within walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and the city is clean and very pleasant to walk around. We took a chance going to the Hague for a week and it paid off handsomely. There is plentiful shopping, all the restaurants you could want and some excellent jazz bars in the centre. It has excellent transport links so you can be in fairytale Delft or Leiden or even the (enormous) beach within 30 minutes.
