Very difficult to find how to access the entrance to the...
Very difficult to find how to access the entrance to the hotel …. Needs to be better signposted even trying to gain entry to the hotel was difficult. Saw a barrier that was closed and didn’t know how we were supposed to get past it …reversed back and drove around probably the wrong way to get into the car parking area . Disabled parking was not clearly marked….it must have taken a total of 30 minutes to sort out where and what we needed to do to enter the hotel . What a shame for our first impressions, but the disappointment just grew due to other aspects of our stay .cold , poor menu’s lacking in comfort all round .Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom
