Very friendly reception. It’s a quiet hotel. The spacious room, like the large bathroom, is very clean. The double bed is more like a three-quarter bed, and I didn’t find the mattress comfortable, but that’s a personal matter.
There is a sofa that can also serve as a bed. Ample storage space (closets) is available for a longer stay. The provided desk is pleasant to work at.
The hotel is peacefully located, on the edge of the city center, and about a 15-minute walk from the beach. Next to the hotel is a large parking area, where payment is required between April 1 and October 31 at a rate of 2 euros per hour.
The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality products, though there is only one coffee machine.
I had dinner in the evening and the food was very delicious. The service was very friendly.
Without the slightest doubt, I would book this hotel again.

The hotel was renovated and re-opened with new owners in June 2024. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. Only high quality food, for example: Salmon, cheese, ham, salami, boterhamworst, a variety of really good bread rolls, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals and much more! They have a great selection of tea and coffee and vers geperste sinasappelsap.
The rooms are comfy and clean and contain a fridge and a safe, as well. The location is just perfect. Everything is done with passion and love and you feel welcome right away.
Facing the beachfront, Hotel De Zeeuwse Stromen offers 4-star accommodation in Renesse and has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden and shared lounge.

Great location to enjoy a stroll into town for supper, or through the dunes to the beach.
