The staff friendliness, the attention given to help provide for the guests needs and comfort, as well as the attention to detail and selection of food items for the buffet breakfast included with the room rate, exceeded by far my expectations. I would like to commend the staff and the managerial tier for an excellent team work.

I absolutely love this hotel. I remember seeing this building when I first came to Narvik nearly a year ago. It certainly stands out. I knew I had to stay here and I did for 4 nights. I was on the 4th floor, and it came with a view over the fjord. Nearly all the rooms here have either a view like I had or they have a view at the mountains. My room was comfortable. But I needed a chair that I could get comfortable and read. I used the downstairs area to read or write.
