The check-in was super easy. The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are nicely laid out. Washer and Dryer are a super plus. There were extra towels and toilet paper available. During our trip to Norway, we stayed at several private apartments. This property was the only one that did not give us a long check list (chores to-do list) before we left. We felt being treated like guests here, not just some customers who paid to stay. There was one more detail that made us feel welcomed: upon entering the house, the lights were all turned on. This action again demonstrated how the owners/managers treat their guests. Highly recommend this property.

    Tau was pretty uninteresting although the bakery was good.

    Tau was pretty uninteresting although the bakery was good. I was disappointed to find that what looked like a charming character country hotel was adjacent to and overlooked a transport depot. Also the breakfast was pre packaged. - sandwich and fruit and ja juice. I didn’t appreciate not having a choice. Having said all that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable with a pleasant vibe.

    Incredible views and a great space. It's as good as it looks in the photos. The location is great. I can understand why this place is booked up so far in advance. We loved the cinema room. Easy access instructions to property and Jim was very responsive. Parking easy. Would recommend the boat tour Jim organises. Sushi place in Tau was great too. Jacuzzi worked well - really easy to figure out.

    An amazing house with a beautiful view of the Tau and surroundings. Very nice owners with fast reply to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend and comeback if we would be coming back to Tau and areas. Thank you for hosting us it was amazing 😁.

    Nice small Hotel in a remote Area. There is a supermarket reachable in 5 min by feet and a small café within 3 min.
