We stayed here twice, after arriving in Nepal and coming back from the mountains. Great location in Kathmandu. You can easily reach restaurants, trekking equipment stores, etc. on foot. Staff is very friendly, motivated, and perceptive. They have a nice bar and restaurant in the front. Our room was heavenly after our long travels. The shower pure bliss. They stored some of our luggage while we were gone for nearly two weeks. There is a nice patio with a view over the area on top of the property. It’s a lot of walking up stairs to get to the fifth floor, so it’s great to have the elevator option. Breakfast was nice. They ordered us taxis in the morning to get to where we needed to be.

My five-day stay went great mostly thanks to the efforts of the manager who really accommodated every need that arose. I appreciate the care and assistance during my stay and it was instrumental in my enjoying the trip. This attention really overrides all the small issues here and there. The manager really knows how to work with clients. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff were always accommodating and nice. I was expecting breakfast to be the same every day but the diversity of options truly surprised. Omlette station was an amazing addition and western options (especially the porridge) were most appreciated. The bed was very large and comfortable. There is even a balcony. The location is amazing. For a three-star hotel this is definitely a great deal. I would totally recommend!

Breakfast was excellent. Wide variety to choose from. Waiters and staff were very friendly and obliging. The entire hotel is modern and clean, very well organised, fast internet, free wifi. Air conditioners work very well everywhere. Gardens are a haven of tranquility. As soon as you leave the chaotic roads behind you, you feel transported to an enchanted garden with a waterfall. Great art and aesthetic appeal. Views of the garden from the rooms. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will go back there if I visit Kathmandu again.

Everything was great! 😁 The staff were incredible! The complimentary airport pick-up shuttle is a wonderful bonus! Location is excellent. Even though there are many hotels around there was no noise at night.
