Great service, they really went our of their way to accomodate my father and I in Kathmandú, providing us with free taxi from the airport, good breakfast and a spacious, quiet and clean room. The position is great too, in the heart of Thamel, close to many famous restaurants. Very recommended!

The staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. We were the first guests checked in on their opening day and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to cater to anything we needed. They arranged our transport to the airport and packed us a little breakfast to take with us. I cannot stress enough how lovely the staff here are. They even offered to look after our bags while we were away trekking. The rooms were clean and comfortable with brand new air con units. Do yourself a favour and stay at this hotel!

Absolute perfection! Professional and warm service where you feel right at home. From the moment you book the hotel, the staff are extremely responsive and make every effort to ensure you arrive safe and enjoy your stay. We stayed 2 times at this hotel pre and post our 2 week trek. The room was super with all the listed facilities in working and clean order. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is divine !! We had a very early flight to Lukla and the staff even made us a packed breakfast so we didn’t leave for our trip hungry. On returning to the hotel we had a delay with our flight by 1 day, and the hotel was super accommodating and ensured our room was kept for us and even made us food when we arrived after a very long journey back to Kathmandu. The rooftop is beautiful and a lovely way to spend your evenings - the restaurant make amazing Nepalese and western food. You don’t need to even leave the hotel really everything is there and they take so very good care of you. My only choice to stay in Kathmandu! They also offer spa and trekking/ sightseeing services which I’d love to try next time. Thank you dear Everest boutique hotel!

Nestled close to the city center, the hotel is just a 15-minute walk to Durbar Square, and the route takes you right through a vibrant bazaar—the perfect chance to pick up unique gifts and souvenirs while soaking in the lively atmosphere of the Thamel quarter. This area is a dream for backpackers, with its charming streets, hidden gems, and rooftop restaurants offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains. One of the highlights of our trip was a Himalayan exploration tour that the hotel staff arranged for us. The price was reasonable, and we spent a whole day hiking in the hills, getting closer to the majestic mountains we had longed to see. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we truly appreciated how effortlessly they helped make it happen. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kathmandu is bustling and alive, with plenty of trekking shops that offers Excellent gear at an excellent price, you will find EVERYTHING you need here. Durbar Square is cool, and if you can handle it the Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of Bagmati River - Crematoria is worth a visit. Restaurants overall are pretty good offerring a wide range of Western, Nepalese and Indian Cuisine. The shopping for local crafts and Cashmere are Great... .

An exciting, vibrant city full of interest, lovely people and good food. Felt very safe. Also very cheap, £20 a night for two people in a good hotel. In Pokhara, after a twelve day trek we stayed in the smartest hotel I’ve every stayed in, right posh it was, pool, sauna, massage, etc all for £60 a night for two people. Napal generally is a very good option for holiday. While the initial flights are expensive, fly via Delhi takes about 13 hours and costs roughly £1000, once you’re there it’s very cheap with lots to do. Best suited for those people looking for an active holiday trekking, guided mountaineer, water sports, mountain biking, and temple ticking. A European holiday from Europe is cheap to get there but food and accommodation are expensive. Napal is expensive to get there but very cheap once you’re there. I’m 67 years old, this trip was my swan song my final big mountain exploit ! Well stuff that, it’s fired me up, I’m going back next spring, thanks Nepal.

Kathmandu kind of dusty city, you may wear face mask. If you need to buy something, you probably need NPR. I found hard to change back from NPR to US dollars. Better to change USD to NPR just enough to buy what you’re looking to buy. Hotel and some coffee shops taking credit cards.

I had an absolutely excellent experience here! The place is stunning, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful — always attentive to every need. People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

Some part of loads were not paved so sometimes like rush hour the air becomes so dusty due to so many cars and buses. Some restaurants would charge some extra fee if you offer to pay by credit card. cash would be better in a local restaurant.

I will give 10 star rating to this hotel for my stay. The best thing in the hotel was their hospitality, their are friendly staffs and the breakfast. The room shower very clean, fast Wi-Fi, and spacious bathroom. The budget Hotel in Kathmandu Thamel, I will book again for my next trip to Ktm.

It’s a very nice and clean room and you feel like you’re in a 5 star hotel. Srijana let me eat with her family 3 times a day if I wanted to. She is just the best host. You can come as a couple or alone or as a family. It’s cozy and cute and you will definitely feel at home.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Nepal so far. The breakfast is amazing and they also make the best coffee. The location is very central in Thamel but not noisy. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly

I always stay here when visiting Thamel. Been staying since 2019 and have always had a very positive experience. Great staff, good location comfortable rooms, and the best breakfast and coffee! Really good value hotel.
