They made us feel very welcome and the staff was very helpful. They had a good shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was also very good. Everything was just as they described. NepalThis is a great properly. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding - not your average breakfast buffet at all - lots of unique and healthy options. The small pool on the roof offers a great retreat from the hullabaloo of Kathmandu. It’s worth noting that they do not have an indoor pool as the description suggests. It’s quite new so everything works and is very clean - a bonus in Nepal. It’s surprisingly quiet in this great location on the back side of Thamel. We will definitely be back and recommend to others.

The owner couples were very thoughtful treated me like a family. All staff were friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed all of my experiences there totally.

The Hotel is well situated in a quiet area and has nice terraces to rest and take a break from messy Tahmel. It is about 15 minutes walk from Durbar square which is great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was in general very helpful and kind. Will surely go back on my next visit

Kathmandu is bustling and alive, with plenty of trekking shops that offers Excellent gear at an excellent price, you will find EVERYTHING you need here. Durbar Square is cool, and if you can handle it the Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of Bagmati River - Crematoria is worth a visit. Restaurants overall are pretty good offerring a wide range of Western, Nepalese and Indian Cuisine. The shopping for local crafts and Cashmere are Great... .

An exciting, vibrant city full of interest, lovely people and good food. Felt very safe. Also very cheap, £20 a night for two people in a good hotel. In Pokhara, after a twelve day trek we stayed in the smartest hotel I’ve every stayed in, right posh it was, pool, sauna, massage, etc all for £60 a night for two people. Napal generally is a very good option for holiday. While the initial flights are expensive, fly via Delhi takes about 13 hours and costs roughly £1000, once you’re there it’s very cheap with lots to do. Best suited for those people looking for an active holiday trekking, guided mountaineer, water sports, mountain biking, and temple ticking. A European holiday from Europe is cheap to get there but food and accommodation are expensive. Napal is expensive to get there but very cheap once you’re there. I’m 67 years old, this trip was my swan song my final big mountain exploit ! Well stuff that, it’s fired me up, I’m going back next spring, thanks Nepal.

Kathmandu kind of dusty city, you may wear face mask. If you need to buy something, you probably need NPR. I found hard to change back from NPR to US dollars. Better to change USD to NPR just enough to buy what you’re looking to buy. Hotel and some coffee shops taking credit cards.

People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

Some part of loads were not paved so sometimes like rush hour the air becomes so dusty due to so many cars and buses. Some restaurants would charge some extra fee if you offer to pay by credit card. cash would be better in a local restaurant.

The hotel is based in the best location, in the heart of Thamel, perfect area to walk around, shop, grab some street food (omg there is sooo many). The room was clean, beds comfortable, they provided a new bottle of water every day. Breakfast is good, we even got our breakfast packed as we had to leave early morning on our last day. The staff is exceptional, very attentive and super friendly. I would stay here again.

Great location. Close to the busy Thamel area but in a quiet street. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great views of the city. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. So friendly, polite and helpful especially Pradip and Samir in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
