ChinaAikawa is definitely a warm harbor in Sauraha, not only because of its outstanding facility and comfortable room, also the dedicated team who constantly offer high quality services. Staff at reception, restaurant, bar and travel desk, from managers to juniors, can always meet my requests in a professional manner. Sometimes even before I saying they already knew what I need. They tailored me a two-day tour including multiple activities in a reasonable price, along with seamless transportation. Food in the restaurant is also out of expectation, you can find plenty of options that cater for international guests. I didn't have a single meal outside during my stay.
The hospitablity starts even before you arriving in Chitwan and will end till you leave the city. I'll surely recommend this place to everyone cominv to Chitwan.

The owner is really really nice and helpful, with booking things, with pick up and drop offs, with advice even at the last minute. The prices are very good too! The rooms are very comfortable and the garden they have is full of flowers and butterflies and birds! And the locations is very convenient for the national park and even just if you want to walk to the riverfront and watch for crocodiles and other wildlife at sunset

United StatesI was very impressed with this room and enjoyed my stay in Sauraha. I was given a large room facing the street with windows on three sides. In the mornings, I would often sit outside on the balcony watching and photographing the birds (including hornbills and woodpeckers) visiting the trees across the road. The air conditioning was very effective, and the manager providing a big table so that I could easily work in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the included breakfast, while a little unusual (boiled carrots, cauliflower and green beans for breakfast?) was nice. The location was also ideal, as it was on a fairly quiet street but just a 5-minute walk to the river front, where rhinos and crocodiles could often be seen. One night, a rhino actually ran down the street in front of the hotel, adding some excitement to the evening. I would definitely plan to stay here again if I ever return to Chitwan.

Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce!
Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.

Gateway to safari’s either on foot or via Jeep. It township its self is a developing thriving hub with many restaurants, bars, tour / safari guide shopfronts.
The riverside is peaceful with numerous animal sightings all day.

Def a place to visit while being in Nepal, but I somehow got the feeling that the locality has lost a lot of its soul with increasing commercialization of tourism. I heard that before all the tourist lodges were built, Rhino could regularly be seen in Sauraha itself.
Recommend to visit, maybe for 2-3 nights at best.

The HOTEL NATIONAL PARK is definitely a place to stay. SURAJ is such a nice person really welcoming and willing to help you in any circonstances. I highly recommend to stay at his place, because you will enjoy a warm environment with amazing people, really professional team, really good service, really good food and really peaceful atmosphere. In addition the place is ideally localized, 10 minutes walk from the CHITWAN National park. Thank you for your hospitality.

The owner Rajj, accidentally double booked our first night so put us in another nicer hotel. We were sick with food poisoning so let us stay in a nicer room than what we paid and not have to move since it was available. Gave us a free Tuktuk ride to the bus despite our booking with another company. Dropped me to the safari on his moped. Gives free welcome activity where Rajj takes you around Chitwan and the people in the group on the day we didn’t go saw rhinos.

We spent three wonderful days in the Happy Lemon Tree lodge. The lodge is near the Chitwan National Park and we did a walking safari which was organized through the hostel - we totally recommend to do this! It was just awesome. Everything was really nice: the room was clean, the food delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Hopefully, we will visit again and we totally recommend the accommodation to everyone. :-)

The property is beautifully designed and surrounded by greenery with peaceful walking trails inside the premises. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. I loved the unique fishing/water villas and the relaxing spa facilities. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained, perfect for unwinding. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location is ideal for accessing Chitwan National Park.
