I loved staying at The Esplanade Hotel. The best part was that they upgraded us to the Queen’s Suite free of charge. It was a wonderful room, beautifully preserved with 1900s vintage designs, and it had a huge balcony overlooking the harbour. The spacious living room, comfortable bed, and the massive bathroom made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic as well, close to everything you need. A truly relaxing stay and worth every penny.

The rooms were recently renovated. They were clean and tidy. Bathrooms were excellent. Location is just opposite the rose garden and overlooks the port and sea. Staff were friendly. The restaurant was also good. Overall a good value for money.

It was clean, modern and had every facility you could need including washing powder for the washing machine.

So close to Spark Arena. Staff were very informative. Walking distance from the CBD.

Everething vas perfect. Big room, functioning equipment.

Pretty good location, so close to shops/restaurants in Parnell and also just walking distance to CBD. The hotel is new-looking and modern. Clean room and facilities. Would definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Auckland.

The Imagine Beach Road was opened in 2020 and the accommodation still feels new. The staff are friendly, well schooled and genuinely helpful. The apartment was spacious and well designed. We could easily relax and feel comfortable.

The view from our room was great..and room was big (not what we expect). Super convenient..with all the amenities. Great location.

Very good place and close to every point in the city. Bed are very confortable, clean and very goos attention.

Great location and the room was fantastic.

Excellent hotel, rooms and bed was perfect! Staff were so nice, hotel was clean and stunning. Will be returning for sure.

I love everything about the hotel

We were able to walk to the hotel after we disembarked from our cruise. The hotel was less then a block from the dock. We arrived early and the hotel gladly checked our bags for us so we could enjoy the day in Auckland. Rooms were very modern and clean and the breakfast was satisfying.

Bathroom was spacious, great selection of tea in the room, great overall design of the room

Everything, bed was amazing so comfortable.

Really convenient! So easy to check in even lately and check out. Perfect !

Location was awesome, staff were really helpful. The room was cool and the bed and pillows were like being at home

They took care of me; responded fully to moly needs.

Stayed in a superior room this time, which has more room. The beds are still the most comfortable we’ve found. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

10/10 congrats!!! Every minor issue we encountered was promptly resolved and more than compensated for, turning our stay into an experience that truly exceeded expectations. The location could not be better – simply perfect for exploring the city on foot as a turist

Clean, comfortable and awesome location

Great location in central Auckland with stunning harbour views. The coffee filter and complimentary coffee were a nice touch for my morning.

Easy to find, access was simple. First person we spoke with was a lovely young woman. Perfect stay
