The rooms are very well appointed,, everything you might like is there. Great location and carparking is very accessible. Friendly staff. Did not use the dining facilities but they look nice too.

Beautiful hotel easily accessible to Auckland CBD. Gorgeous decor, art work, excellent food and friendly helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us recover left valuables and arranged to send them to us in the South Island. Highly recommend!

The rooms are beautiful. The bed is so comfortable. The shower is first class. The food is some of the best we have had. The coffee is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel could not be better. Overall the hotel is excellent!

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, we were able to check-in earlier (without telling them about our early arrival in advance) and we got a free room upgrade. The room is very clean, modern and big and the overall hotel is situated in central Auckland.

Close to everything in Auckland. Quiet. Very helpful staff. We booked the hotel for the wrong night (one day later than needed) and were allowed to change it to a day earlier on the day itself. We were also allowed to use the gym shower facilities in the evening before flying out very late in the evening.
