Great location. The room had a mountain view and on the first floor. The apartment had 2 rooms. The main guest room had a double bed, kitchen area and a dinner table. The room had a big TV with satellite channels. The other room was a bedroom with two single beds and a TV. All the beds were soft and comfy. The place was very well maintained. The bathroom was neat and clean. There is a guest laundry available onsite. The host were very informative. We are a family of 3 and found the place very comfortable during our stay of 3 days.

It was just perfect. Amazing owner. Super friendly and quick TAT. Amazing decor. Awesome amenities - fully equipped kitchen, games, heater, bathtub, binoculars to watch dolphins directly from the cabins - we saw multiple dolphins, a kayak, a boat from the cabin given its great location. We could see milky way one out of two nights that we spent at the cabin. Super clean with premium amenities. MUST MUST MUST STAY in KAIKOURA.

Jane and Russell (the hosts) were exceptional and made us feel really welcome. The property itself was immaculate, modern and extremely comfortable. The location was tremendous - peaceful Kaikoura beach frontage meant we could enjoy breathtaking views from the serenity of our balcony, while the township of Kaikoura was just a short and pleasant walk away. Back to our amazing hosts - we enjoyed the delicious breakfast on offer, and Jane and Russell were able to sort restaurant bookings during a busy Christmas period - making it a really special visit for us.
