Hotelli oli kaunis niin sisältä ja ulkoa ja huoneet siistit. Ilmastointia ei ollut, mutta ilma oli meidän vierailumme aikana viileähkö joten tämä ei haitannut. Wi-Fi toimi hyvin ja auton sai ilmaiseen parkkiin heti hotellin eteen, mistä käveli myös Hanmer Springsin kuumille lähteille muutamassa minuutissa. Sänky oli tosi mukava!
