JetPark Hotel Rotorua is a New Zealand owned and operated hotel which is ideally located just a short 5-minute walk from Rotorua town center. the Staff was very helpful, i spilt some juice and the staff member cleaned it up with a smile. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was very clean, great location. Great value for money , they also provide dairy free milk and options! Keep up the great work guys! We also appreciated the hand soap with a dispenser, alot of 5 star hotels wouldn't provide! This reflects a great management team!

The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens. Beautiful continental breakfast. Had some hash brown, scrambled eggs, cereals, bread, baked bean and some yogurt fruits. Second morning had some creamy mushroom and bread. Absolutely helpful and friendly staff. We had to catch a flight on 7am, because our room rate included breakfast, the staff kindly helped us pack some fresh vegetarian sandwiches and fruit bowl. The thermal pool was hot and nice, suitable for a winter travel. And the location is right in the city center, 3 mins walk to the bus stop. Definitely would come back.

Located on the shores of Lake Rotoura, the 4 star Sudima Lake Rotorua is adjacent to the famous Polynesian spa. Had a lovely stay here, the beds were super comfy, the staff were really friendly, nice location, just a 5 minute stroll into the town centre. Free Laundry facilities, Thanks to the lovely receptionist who gave us British folk an extra 13 teabags 😁😁

VR Rotorua us enriched in ethnic history. It is this location where First Māori settlement was established in the region by Ihunga and his dog. Fabulous location on the lake front. All rooms had a good view. Excellent dinner. Very friendly staff.
