Saïd is really a nice person. He is here to please you, without forcing you for anything.. He will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and will give you very good pieces of advice. I slept outside, on a mastress, under the stars, alone in the camp, in September 2022. That was one of the best experiences of my life! The sunrise on top of the highest dune, next to SandGlass Camp, was beautiful. Amazing! I recommend to live this, once in your life, at an affordable price in SandGlass Camp. This is such a nice place and totally recommended to anyone visiting Oman. Best way to enjoy camping in the desert with a bit of comfort. You can see people complaining about some things that don't make any sense, such as mosquitoes. It's the desert, after all. Just remember it's a camping in the dunes and enjoy the experience. It was very pleasant to sit by the fire after dinner and have a enjoyable conversation with some locals and other visitors. I had almost forgotten how amazing the sky looks like at night when city lights aren't there to spoil the view. The owner is such a character and very helpful.
