A nice, basic hotel apartment located by the main street in Manah. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, large bathroom, proper AC, elevator. Free parking in front of the building. Good quality WiFi. Friendly staff. Basic room, but works well for a one night stay. Price could be a bit lower for the quality delivered. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area of Nizwa, than this is a good choice.

Very nice modern apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. The place is spotless and has a comfortable bed. If you can’t sleep with the AC on: the overhead fan is completely silent and if you get bored in the evening, there’s even Netflix on tv. Communication is through WhatsApp but they are very responsive. The location is just outside the old city, a 10 minute walk to all the sights and restaurants. Private parking is also a available.

Our stay at the Nizwa Wadi Front Luxury Apartment was absolutely fantastic. The apartment offers a stunning view of the main road and Nizwa center, with a prime location just a short distance from the city center. The free shaded private parking was a great convenience, and having all kinds of shops nearby, including a 24-hour supermarket right below the apartment, made everything so accessible. The host, Khalid, was incredibly supportive and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself felt like a five-star experience, with luxurious furniture that rivals a high-end hotel. It was everything we were looking for and more. Highly recommended!
